The Control room is 11'x 16'

The Cutting Room is 13'x16'

Two Isolation booths are 10'x12'

| Isolation booth #1 |

| Isolation booth #2 |
These rooms sound good for a project studio. There's enough room to record a 5 pce band live with isolation, just leave
your roadies, and your roadies dog and entourage at home and plan to get some work done and enjoy the experience!

When recording a session with a band, I will usually record
the drum kit in the cutting room, the bass rig will be miked an direct inputed in Iso #2, and guitars will be cut
in Iso #1. Vocal scratch will be recorded in the control room. Basic tracks will be cut live. ("Old School")
From there we will build tracks or not, overdub vocals and backups,
add whatever musical instrument textures, then proceed to mixdown.
Studio advice-
The best advice I can give to musicians new to studio recording is - Be
rehearsed and ready to record, unless money is not an issue, it is not cost effective to be learning parts in the studio.
Good inputs are good outputs - Quality gear is always
a plus but hey I 'll record you banging on a can and yodeling!
